Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SkyKraft mobile application and related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

SkyKraft operates a marketplace connecting clients with verified drone pilots for aerial shoots. You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may have a single account as either a client or a pilot; separate roles may require separate accounts as we specify.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and pilot acceptance. Payments are processed through our designated payment provider. Fees (including platform fees) are as shown in the app. Refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy as displayed in the Service. Disputes should be reported to support@skykraft.io.

5. Conduct

You must not use the Service to violate any law, harass others, or misuse the platform. Pilots must hold valid permissions and licenses required for drone operations in the relevant area. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for conduct that we reasonably consider harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

SkyKraft and its branding, design, and (where applicable) software are owned by SkyKraft or its licensors. You do not acquire any right to them except a limited license to use the Service as permitted by these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for the actions of pilots or clients, or for the quality or legality of any shoot arranged through the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyKraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SkyKraft in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
