We at SkyKraft strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made through our platform. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


• Digital Products (Drone Footage): Due to the nature of digital products (drone footage), refunds are generally not provided once a purchase is made. However, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis if there are genuine concerns about the product’s quality or functionality.

• Services (Drone Pilot Services): Refunds for services booked through our platform (drone pilot services) may be considered based on the cancellation policy outlined below and the specific circumstances of the request.


2. Cancellation Policy:


• Cancellation by Customers: Customers can cancel their bookings for drone pilot services subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon during the booking process. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellation by SkyKraft: In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances or technical issues prevent us from delivering the booked services or products as promised, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
